2.5 Gbps full-duplex fiber optic feed.
etouch® meeting for
premium picture and voice quality we recommend at least DSL
For best performance anything over 2mpbs download with 256kbps up.
Other connection to the internet including Wi-Fi / WLAN and LAN works
in accordance with the bandwidth traffic at a particular time. i.e networks slow down when
busy, this of course is not the responsibility of the etouch® meeting
service.
etouch® meeting can be used with most firewalls. Our sales department will provide a I.P address if required for your company firewall.
etouch® meeting and Proxy servers. etouch® meeting uses port SSL 443 for proxy server environments.
** Be aware of contention ratios being offered by bandwidth providers e.g. if you are paying for 2mb down at a contention ratio of 8:1 bandwidth providers only have to (as part of their SLA) provide you with the minimum 256kbps down.
