etouch® meeting only requires a licence to use a room. This licence is time based not user based. This means to companies and large organisations that there is no per user cost so it dosent matter what size your organisation is or how many other companies you deal with.

Camtasia 5 for making presentations and tutorials is also useful for recording your meetings. For Windows only.
