For Guests – Join A Meeting in Only Two Steps

1. – Click On A Link In Email

Booking your meeting through outlook is by far the simplest way to connect through to your online meetings. You can also connect once you know your meeting name.

You can Join, create or end a meeting directly from your outlook.
2. – Allow Access & That’s IT!!!
Allow Access
When the meeting room opens you will be asked by the conference server to allow permission to connect. Just click allow and the conference server will detect your sound card and webcam.

For Meeting Hosts

1. – Create Meeting in Outlook

2. – Select A Meeting Name

You can also use a wizard provided to help you create a meeting.
3. – Invite Attendees

You can select required attendees from your outlook or just add the email addresses of those you want to attend your meeting.
4. – Start The Meeting

Once you’ve added your required attendees email addresses you’re finished. Click finish and the invitation goes out with a URL with the meeting name for your guest’s to click on.
