We provide online and onsite training. All licences receive basic training free of charge. We typically provide training online. If you require onsite training please contact us for a quotation.
- Can we try it before we have to pay for it?
Yes we demonstrate with you and give you some basic training, you are welcome to ask others to attend during our demonstration.
- What are the system requirements to use an online meeting room?
Since the service is hosted on our servers, there’s nothing to install and no server/platform requirements to worry about. All you need is a modern web browser with flash installed. Online meeting rooms officially support IE 6 and later on the client, Firefox and Chrome on Mac, PC, Linux, and Safari on Mac) and an internet connection. You must also check that your firewall allows data synchronisation on I.P address 89.234.19.8

- Can I specify which people and clients use the online meeting room?
Yes the service features a simple permissions system that allows you to set permission on a per-meeting basis by email. For example, if you want Peter, Tom John and Jane to participate in a meeting you only need send them the password and meeting name to access the meeting room.
- Will service room look like my company’s identity?
For Enterprise Customers we can customize your online meeting room with your company name, logo, and a URL to link your website to your own meeting room.
- Can we purchase a copy of online meeting room to install on our own servers?
For Enterprise Customers, Online meeting rooms are available on a locked server, once the server is configured we lock it and your company signs a legal contract to agree never to access the server.

Our support is defined by us being able to login to your meeting and support you in realtime by an experienced account manager. Provided of course you send us the password you have booked your meeting room under. We also include support for your customers in these contracts. This means you get end to end support globally.
- Is an online meeting room hosted by you or do I have to install software on my PC or Server?
Since Online meeting rooms is hosted and maintained by us, you RARELY have to install anything or have to hire IT-staff just to get it up and running. Plus, you’re always using the latest version of our technology; You’ll benefit immediately when the software is updated.
- What about privacy, security, and confidentiality?
We take careful precautions to protect our customers’ information. The server is as secure as can reasonably be provided, and is housed in a state-of-the-art secure facility with power and internet backup. Your meeting room site is password protected and we will not sell or share your information or any data you enter. No one will be able to access your data unless you grant permission. Though we offer safeguards to protect your data, please keep in mind that we can not guarantee 100% security. Take appropriate measures with your links, passwords, and user accounts.
- Port information
By default, the Flash Player communicates with the Flash Communication Server using RTMP protocol over port 1935. If that fails, it will try again over ports 443 and 80 in an attempt to workaround firewall settings within a company, which prevents TCP/IP connections over non-standard ports. The above approach allows approximately 96% of all users to access publicly accessible Flash Communication servers.

You can tell IE to not use the proxy for certain sites/IP’s.
While in Internet Explorer pull down
Tools > Internet Options > Connections >LAN Settings
Check if ‘Use a proxy server for your LAN is ticked already’
Click Advanced
Type in the address for the site you don’t want to use the proxy for in the text box at the bottom.
