Meeting Rooms/ etouch® meeting/Licence

Our licence fee's are charged monthly in advance. For clients with their own rooms we have a contract between us for the duration of the licence. Cancellation requires a minimum of 90 days where a contract is in force.

Licence fee's are inclusive of all users of our customers meeting room this means that our customer has already paid for the use of the room and can therefore use the room with whomever they choose. Our customers may not re-sell our service. Please contact us for our full licence description.
