screen shots\login to Join a meeting - your administrator must have booked the room and set-up a password to Join the meeting.

Once you have obtained the password from your administrator, type the password in the field named "Join meeting" below, once you click on join you will enter a "live" etouch® meeting room on the web. 

This then allows the meeting room to be accessed easily (you must have POPUP BLOCKER switched off) by whomever you choose to use the meeting room with(Inside or outside your organisation).
