Can we try it before we have to pay for it?

Services are paid for in advance after a mutually agreed trial period - if payments are not received services are suspended.

What are the system requirements to use etouch® meeting?

Since etouch® meeting is hosted on our servers, there's nothing to install and no server/platform requirements to worry about. All you need is a modern web browser with flash installed (etouch® meeting officially supports IE 6 or later on the client, Firefox on Mac, PC, Linux, and Safari on Mac) and an internet connection. etouch® meeting does not support IE 5.x on the Mac or PC. If you have IE 5, we recommend switching to Firefox — it's modern, fast, compatible, and free. Can I specify which people and clients use etouch® meeting?

etouch® meeting features a simple permissions system that allows you to set permission on a per-meeting basis by email. For example, if you want Peter, Tom John and Jane to participate in a meeting you only need send them the password "key" to access the meeting room.

Will my etouch® meeting room look like my company's identity?

We can customize your etouch® meeting room with your company's name, logo, and a URL to link your website to your own meeting room. Since the etouch® meeting brand name or logo is displayed, etouch® meeting is is co-branded for our clients — it's your own custom-built solution.

Can we purchase a copy of etouch® meeting to install on our own servers?

At this time we do not have plans to produce custom licensed copies etouch® meeting for remote installation. etouch® meeting is available on a locked server, once the server is configured we lock it and your company signs a legal contract to agree never to access the server.

Can etouch® meeting be used in other industries technology companies?

Yes, the flexible, etouch® meeting create your own meetings. You can create a meeting anytime or book ahead of time.

Do we have to store sensitive/confidential files on your servers?

No, all related uploaded files (e.g., documentation, etc.) can be deleted by users after the meeting - they are never visible to users of the room after your password expires.

Our support is defined by us being able to login to your meeting and support you in realtime by an experienced account manager. Provided of course you send us the password you have booked your meeting room under. We also include support for your customers in these contracts. This means you get end to end support globally.

Is etouch® meeting hosted by you or do I have to install software on my PC or Server?

Since etouch® meeting is hosted and maintained by us, you RARELY have to install anything or have to hire IT-staff just to get it up and running. Plus, you're always using the latest version of etouch® meeting; You'll benefit immediately when the software is updated..

What about privacy, security, and confidentiality?

We take careful precautions to protect our customers' information. The etouch® meeting server is as secure as can reasonably be provided, and is housed in a state-of-the-art secure facility with power and internet backup. Your etouch® meeting site is password protected and we will not sell or share your information or any data you enter. No one will be able to access your data unless you grant permission. Though we offer safeguards to protect your data, please keep in mind that we can not guarantee 100% security. Take appropriate measures with your links, passwords, and user accounts.
